The draw is complete for the 112-year-old US Open Cup, and FC Dallas has drawn AV Alta Football Club as their opposition. FCD will host AV Alta at Toyota Stadium on May 6th or 7th.

AV Alta knocked off Orange County SC at “The Hangar” on Tuesday, 4-2 PKs after a 2-2 draw. Former FC Dallas goalkeeper Carlos Avilez made 3 saves in the match before helping the Lopes advance in the shootout.
FC Dallas is entering this year’s competition along with 15 other MLS teams in the Round of 32. AV Alta Football Club is a USL-1 side based in Lancaster, California.
The Antilopes previously knocked off Los Angeles FC 2 of MLS Next Pro in the Second Round of the Cup with a 2-1 scoreline. Avilez had 4 saves in that one.
Back in the First Round, AV Alta defeated USL-2 side Ventura County Fusion 3-1 in a lopsided affair, outshooting the lower division side 19 to 5.
