| 1 | Arsenal Scoreboard | It lists the 22 players on the pitch. |
| 2 | Full Size Soccer Pitch | The Burn want to be able to host international matches. (120 yards x 80 yards) |
| 3 | Seats Right to the Edge | That will bring the fans within 5 feet of the field. |
| 4 | Trophy Room | It will be cool one day to have one. (only 1 trophy right now.) |
| 5 | Lots of Brick | So it will match the Ballpark and the Hanger. |
| 6 | Fan Reception Area | Like a open air pavilion for tailgate, parties, etc. |
| 7 | No Corporate Name | No commercials please. |
| 8 | Seats on the Sides | Benches in the ends. Columbus is nice, but seats are better on the sides |
| 9 | Forward Design | Be able to expand it to 60,000 with luxury boxes in 20 years. |
| 10 | 30,000 Burn Fans | OK, but it would be nice. |
